Legal NewsroomSteve Karp – Keynote Speaker For The Pennsylvania Association For Justice On November 15, 2012On November 15, 2012 Steve Karp will be one of the keynote speakers at a seminar sponsored by the Pennsylvania Association for Justice who represent the largest group of trial lawyers in the State of Pennsylvania. The seminar is “Damages: Maximizing the Value of your Case.” Steve was asked by the Trial Lawyers Association to speak at the seminar based on his recent verdict in Chester County where he received a jury verdict of $500,000 in the case of a 21 year old young woman who sustained back injuries in a car accident. The uniqueness of the verdict was that the injury consisted of a “soft tissue sprain.” There was no claim for medical bills or a wage loss. Steve’s lecture will focus on his method of presenting the claim and how to maximize the value of a case. |
